She looked after Willow in the friendliest, warmest, kindest way and was extremely kind and comforted my tears on day one (as a first time mum who was very anxious leaving her baby).

I wanted to drop you a note with some feedback on our experience with Florence (Floss) last week in Tignes.

Our nanny, Floss was an exceptional nanny for Jasper and Erin. At 5 and 2 they are not the most straightforward proposition but she was able to earn their (and our) trust very quickly and involved herself with the children from the first second she stepped through our door.

Floss was highly personable and obviously very experienced at what she does – she gave us immediate confidence that she would not only look after the children, but nurture them as well as entertain them, and make use of the resort facilities to ensure they had as fun a week as possible.

She was very pro-active and didn’t wait for us to instruct her on what to do or what our expectations were – although she did discuss this with us of course. We had no qualms at all about leaving the children with her and she wasn’t phased in any way about us leaving our little horrors with her!

We were all sad to leave last Friday (the kids miss Floss!) so I felt it was important to share with you my feedback on her performance over the week. 10/10 – she’s a credit to you.

I’ll be recommending J&I to anyone I know heading off to the resorts/ locations you cover.

Kirra, our nanny, showed good initiative, pre-agreeing with big things in the mornings, then checking in with us on other stuff but getting on with it if we didn’t reply (as were on the slopes).

She was practical and kept our little one entertained each day. She was also good at interacting with our chalet hosts and other members of our party, some who were staying in during the day and commented back to us on how well Kirra was doing with our daughter.

My husband and I used Tina and her nanny services last year when we took our 3 children skiing in Val d’Isere.

Our holiday was the best one yet, and all due to Tina and the people that she arranged to care for our children. She was prompt and organized in all her dealings with us, and she effortlessly made all the necessary arrangements to help us enjoy such a successful holiday.

Tina is an outgoing, bubbly person who keeps an eye on the detail. She has excellent follow through on whatever task she is working on and you don’t have to continue to check up on her to make sure that all the arrangements have been made. She is a pleasure to deal with and is always friendly and cheerful. Tina has a positive attitude towards life and work and she is very pro-active about getting things done. It was a pleasure to get to know her and we would certainly use the Jelly and Ice Cream nanny services again and have already recommended Tina to many of our friends.

I first met Tina in Val d’ Isere when, at the last minute our nanny was not able to travel with us.
Tina was everything and more I had hoped for. On first meeting she was very professional, dependable, and articulate and most importantly displayed a real love for children. We hired her immediately. She was to look after Wesley for the next 4 days remaining in our ski holiday. Wesley had a fabulous time, took immediately to Tina and never even noticed the rest of his family was gone.

She took him up the bubble for lunch. She played for endless hours with him in the snow, building snowmen and sledging and even engaging in his rough and fun snow fights. She was courteous and very sensible about safety. For example, she insisted he wear his ski helmet when sledging. Tina surely saved the ski week!

The story does not end there. We continued to go back to Val for the next 2 subsequent ski seasons. Tina was always there to help us out. Not only did she watch Wesley but took fantastic care of our two older children when they were feeling poorly or were just too tired to ski. On one occasion we made a last minute trip to Val and Tina was booked, but she provided us with a very capable competent nanny that also took the children on adventures, even visiting a nearby farm.

I highly recommend Tina or anyone she has employed.  She truly has a gift when it comes to looking after children.

We had a fantastic experience with Jelly and Ice Cream nanny services in Val d’Isère.

They looked after our two daughters (5 months and 2.5 years) for a week of mornings, and both nannies were absolutely amazing. They were warm, reliable, and instantly put us at ease, allowing us to properly enjoy our skiing knowing the girls were in such safe and caring hands.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Gina as our nanny in Majorca. She truly made our holiday. The kids all utterly adored her and still ask after her. She instantly put our minds at ease and we left the villa for an adult only lunch within 20 mins of her arriving…with not a tear in sight.

Our Jelly and Ice Cream nanny, Ellie, was really friendly, she was happy and relaxed. We discussed what our daughter liked doing and she immediately had a suggestion of how to spend their first day together which put us at ease.

Ellie did lots of outdoors activities, going on Gondala rides, to the lake and to different parts of the resort which meant our daughter got to experience much more of the area this year.

Just thought I’d drop a note to give some feedback on out nanny over the last week.

Pierce did a great job in keeping the two boys entertained and under control (they can be a handful at the best of times).  He kept it varied with both activities (sledging, snowman, visit to the Farm etc) as well as mixing with some of the other kids/nannies and down time/relaxing.

Always on time to the second every morning and always enthusiastic and polite.  Not sure if he’s around next year, but if he was I would certainly book him again.

Just wanted to drop you a message about a nanny from jelly and ice cream who was with us all last week.

We had a girl called Georgie work with us for the whole week, she was an absolute pleasure to have in the chalet. The younger child, Lucas, who has learning difficulties warmed to Georgie straight away and she seemed to keep him engaged with many activities for the whole time she was there and had a lot of energy. She was very professional and always cleaned up after herself and Lucas.

Grace & I felt like Georgie was one of the team from early on in the week and even Lawrence commented that the chalet didn’t feel the same when she left on the last day.

Grace & I both feel she was one of the best nannies we have seen, very happy, positive and fun to work with. we would like to request that if the opportunity arises again we would like Georgie to come back.

Its hard to find someone who understands and has dealt with twins before but Jasmine was exceptionally experienced and didn’t appear to let it phase her which was so reassuring.

The children really liked her and we felt completely confident in her to the extent that we left her with all of them to put down to sleep on the last night which she managed fine. Katie was our nanny during our week long stay at Val d’Isere.

We had a wonderful family vacation mainly because we knew that our children were properly cared for. Katie was not only a delightful person; she was prompt, caring towards our three boys, and motivated.

She would make sure that various activities were planned with our children and that they got out of the chalet. Katie also didn’t mind helping with the other children that were in our chalet.

She was flexible, courteous and an enjoyable person to be around. We would highly recommend her!

I have had Lucy as a Nanny and Babysitter for four weeks in January and four weeks in April. Bella, my daughter is now 11 months.

She is always prompt to arrive and sticks religiously to my routine with regards to Bella’s meal and sleep times. I feel very confident leaving Lucy alone in the house with Bella as well as having her taking Bella out for walks, to the playground etc. She always gives Bella 100% of her attention. Bella loves Lucy, she is great fun and really imaginative and creative in finding ways to amuse and play with Bella. Lucy never gets stressed or fazed if Bella ‘plays up’!

Kat & Hollie provided baby sitting services for my and my friends’ family for one week commencing 12th Feb.

Collectively we had one 7 month old / one 3 year old / two 5 year olds and a 7 year old.

Kat & Hollie were capable and attentive with the baby and energetic and fun with the older children for both indoor and outdoor activities and worked well with each other. They were responsive and attentive to our requirements and enthusiastic in all aspects of their duties. The children enjoyed their company and all the parents felt confident with respect to their attitude to safety and supervision.
